Our Returns Policy

If the buyer is in the EU and is not VAT registered, buyers have a period of 30 days after the date of delivery to cancel the contract and return the goods for a full refund. We offer refunds under these circumstances:

1. The product is no longer wanted or required
2. The product is unfit for the described purpose in some way
3. The product's description was misinformed or misleading
4. An incorrect product was inadvertently purchased
5. The item is defective on arrival

In the event that the item is defective on arrival, a full refund will also be issued for any postage costs. If the part is no longer required or was purchased inadvertently, the buyer is subject to a £3 handling fee which will be deducted from their refund.

Items must be returned in their the condition in which they were received, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not fit for resale in any way.

UK customers can initiate a return by clicking here, and filling out the required details. Once complete, place the item in an appropriate box or packet and ensure it is securely sealed. Print the issued return label and apply it to the box. Then, drop it off at a Post Office location. You will receive correspondence when we have received your item.

Customers outside of the UK should contact us at info@kensautospares.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate the returns process.

Please be aware: We do not accept liability for any compensatory claims or consequential losses as a result of faulty, failing or incorrect products.
